Eucalypt Tank Dress

I finally got around to sewing up the Eucalypt tank dress this afternoon. This project was super fast and extremely gratifying. There are only three pattern pieces: the front, back and the bias strip facing. I used a vintage Marimekko fabric gifted to me by Melissa. I was having a difficult time deciding between making the extra small and the small and ended up going with the small, which fits perfectly and gives me enough ease around the chest. Things I love about this pattern include its simplicity and the curved hem. This is the perfect summertime sewing and I want to make a tank top version using some silk and other versions with the center front seam. Highly recommended!
