Skinny or Wide?

I'm trying to decide between having the granny square scarf one square or two squares wide. One square is about four and a half inches wide. If I used one square it would be approximately 90 inches long. If I used two squares it would be about 54 inches long. And the placement of two squares look nice with all the various bright colors I've been using. I'm leaning towards skinny just because I think it would fit around my neck better than someting that was nine inches wide. I could wrap it around and around several times and be warm and cozy.
