Balloon Print Gathered Tank

Here's another quick tank that I sewed up this afternoon. The pattern is from a Japanese pattern book called Every Day. There's supposed to be a bow on the neck, but I opted to leave that off. The balloon print fabric is a cotton silk that I picked up at Bolt a couple of weeks ago. The cotton polka dotted bias tape was from Mariko and I like the contrast it provides to the fabric. We've finally got some warm weather in Portland, but I can't believe it's already August!
