Fog Linen Work Dress with Back Pleat

I started this dress yesterday afternoon and finished it by the end of the night. I love how it turned out. It reminds me of this favorite dress. The fabric is a grey duck chambray with some speckles of color. The pattern was straightforward and came together very quickly. I had a minor fail with the in-seam pockets, but YouTube came to the rescue. The neckline and sleeves are finished with facings and there's a bit of edge stitching, which makes the overall dress look very smart. The back pleat is a great detail that adds some nice drape. I can't wait to make some other things from the FLW pattern book! PS I decided to add some appliqué embroidery above the back tuck. So cute!
