Jackie Sleeveless Dress

I purchased this great textural striped white cotton from Bolt several weeks ago and thought it would make a perfect summer dress. I just needed to find the right project. After searching through my pattern stash, I finally decided on this simple tank dress from the Fog Linen Work Japanese pattern book. It was a super quick project that I sewed up on Sunday afternoon. It only had two pieces, front and back, not including the neckline and armhole finishing. It hits below the knee and has the right amount of drape. I love it! It was the perfect thing to wear in today's 100° heat.
