Tecumseh Sweater

The Tecumseh Sweater pattern was designed by Caitlin Hunter and is knit in-the-round. I first bought this Berroco Ultra Wool DK in April and bought a combination of colors I thought I wanted to use. The pattern calls for one main color and two contrasting colors. I had a hard time choosing two contrasting colors and opted to have the same color for both designs. I finally finished the sweater last weekend after neglecting it due to the hot weather and not wanting to knit with wool. The colorwork was just detailed enough to keep things interesting, but simple enough that I could memorize it and watch TV at the same time. I made no modifications but I did have to rip out my progress after splitting the sweater for the arms because they did not align properly with the neck. I think that was probably due to me not following instructions properly. I love how it turned out. It's perfectly oversized and will be a great layering piece come fall. Lots of photos below!
